WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
I live in Pleasant Grove, Utah. I love to travel and I travel often for shoots and weddings, both out-of-state and internationally. So if you live far, don’t fret. Jot me a line about you and your session/wedding so we can chat more details. PS. I am always smitten with destination weddings.
ARE YOU WILLING TO TRAVEL?
Yes! I travel out-of-state or internationally to 1/5th of my weddings. And I have a soft spot for destination weddings! I love to travel and see new places, and it is the biggest honor and compliment to travel for a bride and groom.
DO WE ARRANGE YOUR TRAVEL/ACCOMMODATIONS?
No, you have enough on your plate already. I will arrange my travel/accommodations. Just contact me with your wedding location and (at least) a tentative wedding date; I’ll reply back with a quote after researching the very best deals. Please note that travel fees will apply to sessions and weddings beyond about an hour’s drive.
HOW DO WE BOOK YOU?
Easy as pie. To book me for your wedding, jot me a quick memo with your wedding date so we can check availability. After that, a $500 deposit and signed service agreement is required to officially book the day. For a session, we’ll find a date that works best, and a $100 deposit & signed service agreement will seal the deal.
HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK/WHEN IS OUR PAYMENT DUE?
For an engagement or portrait session, the final payment is due on the session date, before we start shooting. For weddings, the final payment is due two weeks prior to the wedding date or one month prior for international/destination weddings. You can choose to make smaller payments leading up to your wedding day or pay it all in one sum when it’s due (whatever creates less headache for you).
WHAT ARE OUR OPTIONS FOR PAYMENT?
You can pay by check or by card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB). You can also pay using PayPal or Venmo.
DO YOU WORK WITH BRIDES ON A BUDGET?
Of course! I have been a bride myself and I know how expensive weddings can get. I have a variety of wedding packages, created to compliment a variety of financial situations. But in the end, it’s not about the money. You are making a quality investment for the biggest day of your life. I cherish that fact, and respect it by spending hours in creating your images and/or video for you to always have and love. Long after the food is eaten and the venue is packed up, your wedding photos and video will still be there, so that you can re-live this amazing day over and over. Forever and ever.
